Yianni Socratous

Yianni has over 20 years in the Mortgage and Home Loan industry. Working across Mortgage Management, Fund Managers, Mortgage Insurance, eCommerce, and Process Improvement he has built management experience across all areas of Mortgage Lending, Project oversight, Sales, and Distribution.

Since 2018 as General Manager of Granite Home Loans (prior to the purchase by ColCap in November 2021), Yianni was instrumental in implementing the distribution platform for 10 aggregator partners including custom origination processes, products, and automated onboarding to enable faster growth with limited resources.
