Andrew Moylan

Andrew Moylan has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Andrew'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Public Finance at Arnold Ventures since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President at the National Taxpayers Union Foundation from July 2017 to April 2022. Andrew also held positions at the R Street Institute, where they served as the Executive Director and Senior Fellow from March 2014 to July 2017, and as a Senior Fellow and Outreach Director from September 2012 to March 2014. Before joining the R Street Institute, Moylan worked at the National Taxpayers Union, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Government Affairs from January 2011 to September 2012, Director of Government Affairs from February 2009 to December 2010, Government Affairs Manager from March 2006 to February 2009, and Policy Associate from January 2006 to March 2006. Andrew also briefly worked at The Cato Institute as part of the Center for Educational Freedom from August 2005 to December 2005.

Andrew Moylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
