Brett Abbott

Brett Abbott is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at Arnold Ventures since May 2023. Previously, Brett held the position of IT Director at Community of Hope from June 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities included building IT infrastructure and establishing HIPAA/HITECH policies. Prior to that, Brett was the Director of Technology at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars from April 2012 to June 2014. Brett's career began at Games Workshop, serving in various roles from October 1990 to April 2008, including Information Systems Coordinator and IT Manager, overseeing corporate computer systems and networks on a global scale. Brett also has managerial experience from Lockworks, where leadership spanned from April 1984 to May 1990. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2009 and 2011, and earlier studies at the University of Maryland from 1981 to 1984.
