Rosalind Rolls, IICDP, LMSW, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Arnold Ventures since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rosalind led the DEI Committee at Ronald McDonald House Houston, acting as a liaison between employees and leadership. Experience includes positions as Director of Volunteer Services at the same organization, Program Manager at United Way of Greater Baytown Area & Chambers County, and managing a program for homeless veterans at Goodwill Industries of Houston. Rosalind has also directed outreach programs at Houston Dream Center, managed operations in response to Hurricane Ike at Neighborhood Centers Inc., and has a strong background in volunteer coordination and marketing from earlier roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from Skidmore College.
