Lauren Devore, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager focusing on Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance at Arnold Ventures since August 2023. Previously, Lauren amassed over a decade of experience at South Texas College of Law Houston, advancing from HR/Payroll Administrator to Senior Director of Human Resources. Lauren's early career included the role of Payroll Administrator at PM Realty Group from 2006 to 2010. An alumnus of Baylor University, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, having previously attended Sam Houston State University from 2000 to 2002.
