Danilo Pellegrino

Born on 18 September 1957 in Milan, Danilo Pellegrino has been the CEO of Fininvest SpA since June 2016.

During his studies in economics and commerce at the Catholic University of Milan, in 1975 he joined Magneti Marelli SpA, a company of the Fiat Group in which he held various positions, from the head of the administrative area to head of management control. He has been with Fininvest SpA since 1988, first as Budget and Reporting Manager, since 1999 as Administration, Planning and Control Director, and from 2003 to 2016 as General Manager.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since February 2013.

Danilo Pellegrino is also vice president of Il Teatro Manzoni, president of Alba Servizi Aerotrasporti and of ISIM, and director of AC Monza, a company of the Fininvest Group.
