Francesca Rigolio

Francesca Rigolio has a diverse work experience starting in 1996 at Leader Distribuzione Spa as a Key Account Manager until 1998. Francesca then moved to Mondadori Retail S.p.A. as a Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2001. At Mondadori Group, they held various roles starting as an HR Manager from 2001 to 2012, followed by Head of Human Resources - Books Division from 2011 onwards, and currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer starting in May 2021.
