Bob Hoke has had extensive work experience in various industries. Bob started their career at Hertz in 1997, where they held multiple roles including Operations Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager. During this time, Bob implemented process improvement initiatives and achieved significant cost reductions. Bob also received the Hertz "Heart" award for great customer service twice.

Following their tenure at Hertz, Bob worked at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing the largest Dollar Rent-a-Car location in the world. Bob was responsible for various aspects of operations, including staffing, budgeting, and customer service. Bob successfully introduced Six Sigma "Lean" process initiatives and achieved notable cost savings.

Bob then transitioned to Robert's Restorations, where they owned a specialized hobby business focused on the restoration and sale of antique and classic vehicles. Bob continued their entrepreneurial endeavors at MetLife, where they acquired licenses and provided sales and support for a range of financial and insurance products.

Moving forward, Bob held the role of Admissions Advisor at Kaplan University, where they worked closely with prospective and current students to ensure their success in the university's programs. Bob built one-on-one relationships and utilized sales and application metrics to guide students.

Following their position at Kaplan University, Bob joined Protocol Global Solutions/NCO as a Senior Operations Manager. Bob quickly advanced to oversee and train agents for the company's highest visibility and revenue client. Bob played a key role in developing a real-time KPI tracking system to monitor performance.

Bob's most recent role was at Eckler Industries, where they started as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they conducted extensive research on customer needs and purchasing habits, expanded product offerings, and evaluated pricing strategies.

Currently, Bob is working as a Project Manager at Arnott Suspension Products, a position they joined in 2022.

Bob Hoke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida, attending from 1986 to 1989.
