Søren Collstrup

Søren Collstrup is the COO at Arnsbo Group. Søren has previously worked as a Senior Service Management Consultant at Arla Foods amba from June 2014 to February 2015, where they were responsible for ensuring that +600 internal and external stakeholders adopted the it-processes. Søren also chaired the cross-functional process teams and was responsible for continuously improving the process maturity level. Søren has also worked as Head of HR- & Project Management at Arnsbo Media from January 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for managing it-operations, it-development and finance. Søren was also part of the Management team and defined and measured employee and team targets. In addition, they were responsible for project management, developing and implementing project models, dashboard and reporting, training and support to Project Managers, and PMO. Finally, they have also worked on designing, optimizing and implementing Business, Sales, Loyalty, Delivery, Supplier, Production and IT processes.

They are on a team with David Mcnally - CEO, Ubivox, Nicolaj Balle Ladiges - CEO, Founder & Partner, Heyloyalty, and Alberte Hannibal - Finance Assistant. Søren Collstrup reports to Carsten Hjorth Pedersen, CEO & Partner.
