Tyler Sheldon

Tyler Sheldon, PE, currently serves as the Director of Engineering | MEP at Aro Homes since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler held various engineering positions at Rivian, including Staff Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, contributing to sustainable transportation initiatives. At KATERRA, Tyler advanced to Director of MEPF Engineering and was responsible for oversight of engineering disciplines, product design, and the integration of innovative solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Arup, where Tyler worked as a Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager, and several internships that provided comprehensive hands-on experience in mechanical system design and project management. Tyler holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Kansas.
