Jennifer Cugini

Jennifer Cugini has worked in the Human Resources and retail industries since 2008. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant Manager at South Moon Under in 2008. In 2009, they became a Selling Manager at Anthropologie, where they were responsible for delivering exceptional fiscal results, recruiting, hiring, and training. In 2013, they moved to Athleta as an Associate Manager, where they managed the day to day operation of a successful women's specialty retailer and drove fiscal results through careful planning, scheduling, and team motivation. In 2017, Jennifer worked as an HR Manager at Assuricare and an Office/HR Manager at Hyalex Orthopedics. Most recently, they have been an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Aro Biotherapeutics since 2019.

Jennifer Cugini received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Flagler College between 1995 and 1999. During that time, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 1997 and 1998. In addition, Jennifer has obtained certifications in Onboarding New Hires from LinkedIn in November 2016, Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in October 2016, and 200 Hour RYT, Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance.
