Jani Aro

Jani Aro has a strong background in engineering and management roles. Jani started their career in 2011 as a Project Engineer at Sähkö-Aro Oy, where they worked until 2012. Jani then joined Aro Yhtiöt Oy as a Development Engineer from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Aro Systems Oy, where they held various positions including Project Manager from 2013 to 2015, Production Manager from 2015 to 2022, and currently serves as the Unit Director since 2022.

Jani Aro has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which was obtained between 2007 and 2011. In 2014 and 2015, Jani completed a Specialist Qualification in Management at Amiedu. Prior to that, between 2004 and 2007, Jani obtained a Vocational Qualification in Electrical Engineering from Heltech - Helsinki City College of Technology. Jani's education history also includes studying Business and Administration with a focus on Customer Service and Marketing at Hyvinkää Business College from 2001 to 2004. In addition to these formal education credentials, Jani also holds a certification in "Sähköpätevyys 1" obtained in March 2015 from Henkilö- ja yritysarviointi SETI Oy.
