Joanna Dix is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and people management. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at ARO Technology since November 2025, Joanna has previously held multiple roles at Starling Bank from March 2020 to November 2025, including Employee Relations Manager and People Advisor. Previous positions at Well Pharmacy included People Advisor and Regional HR Advisor from March 2017 to March 2020, and Joanna also managed retail operations as a Retail Store Manager at Laura Ashley from November 2015 to March 2017. Joanna holds a Level 7 qualification in Strategic People Management and a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management, both from CIPD, as well as a BA Joint Honours in History and Welsh Language from Cardiff University.
