Rosina Mazumder has a wealth of work experience, having held various roles since 2002. In 2002, they were an Associate at Ernst & Young. Rosina then became a Summer Intern at Grant Thornton LLP in 2004, followed by an Audit Semi Senior at Haines Watts Chartered Accountants in 2006. In 2006, they also took on the role of Internal Controls/ SOX Analyst at Verizon Business. From 2008 to 2013, they held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Manager - Compliance - Conduct Risk and Audit Manager- Regulation and Compliance Specialist. From 2013 to 2020, Rosina held various roles at Cake Masters Magazine, including Editor & Founder and the launch of the Cake Masters Magazine Awards. In 2016, they were also invited to be part of a few UK based businesses to sit on the Facebook SMB Council, rebranded as the Meta Leaders Network, and was a proud panellist and speaker for various #SheMeansBusiness events and campaigns. In 2020, Rosina became the CEO & Co-Founder of Arogga, as well as a Member of Bangladesh Angels, the country's first angel investing platform.

Rosina Mazumder has a diverse educational background. Rosina obtained a Diploma in Regulation and Compliance from The Securities and Investment Institute in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London between 2001 and 2004, and A Levels in Maths, Economics and Business and Computer Science from Chesham Grammar between 1999 and 2001. In October 2020, they also earned an edX Verified Certificate for Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX.
