Vinod Pandey

Vinod Pandey is a Deputy Vice President and Heads Central Operations at Arohan. He has over 15 years of diverse experience in the field of Livelihood Development, Life Insurance, and Microfinance industry. He has created significant portfolios in Bihar/Jharkhand and has worked in almost all eastern states of India. Vinod is responsible for managing the cross-sell, inorganic and bank partnership businesses. He is also responsible for mainstreaming new business opportunities and driving excellence in service levels for the key stakeholders. Vinod joins us from L&T Finance. Vinod holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Services, Ranchi and has successfully completed an Advance Diploma in Business Management programme from ICFAI University.
