Mathilde Vassy

Mathilde Vassy is an experienced formulation scientist with a strong background in the cosmetics and personal care industry. Currently serving as a formulation scientist at Onatera since March 2020, Mathilde focuses on the development of finished goods while ensuring compliance with COSMOS organic standards, conducting stability tests, and managing competitor analysis. Prior roles include R&D and production project leader at Europe Cosmetiques & Parfums, where responsibilities encompassed product formulation, project management, and quality control. Mathilde has also formulated suncare products at L'Occitane en Provence, worked as a formulation intern at Johnson & Johnson, and completed a core R&D internship at Sealed Air Diversey Care. Mathilde holds a master's degree in chemistry from CPE Lyon and has gained diverse work experience in various capacities, including seasonal and management roles.
