Stevenson Joachim

Stevenson Joachim is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Specialist at Aroma360 since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing VoIP systems for the central office and retail outlets, setting up phone extensions with IVR integration, and configuring call routing. Prior to this role, Stevenson worked as a Technical Support Specialist at OpticalTel from July 2021 to October 2023, providing technical support for various internet services and escalating complex cases to engineering teams.
