Mark Putnam

Mark Putnam has extensive experience in communications and development, currently serving as a Communications and Development Specialist at Aroostook Area Agency On Aging since March 2020. Prior roles include self-employment in job searching, and positions as a Producer/Agent in training and a Commercial Insurance Agent at F.A. Peabody Company from January 2018 to March 2020. Mark also worked as a Territory Manager at Maine Oxygen and Acetylene for a brief period in 2017 and spent over 15 years as Managing Editor at Northeast Publishing Company from July 2001 to May 2017. Earlier in the career, Mark was an Account Executive at Unicel from 1993 to 2001. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Maine, completed between 1979 and 1983.
