JAIDE MASSIN, PCC, CPRW

Jaide Massin has extensive experience as an executive, leadership, and career coach. JAIDE began their coaching career in 2013 at Soar Executive Coaching. Since then, they have held various coaching roles at companies such as Speexx, Skillsoft, Arootah, NetExpat, GrowthSpace, Coachello, Randstad RiseSmart, and BetterUp. Furthermore, Jaide previously served as the Director of Staffing at Creative Financial Staffing, an affiliate of Crowe Horwath, LLC, where they were responsible for matching top Finance & Accounting talent with Fortune 1000 companies in the NYC Metro area.

Jaide Massin, PCC, CPRW earned a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Miami in 2003. JAIDE has since obtained several certifications and additional education in the field of coaching and resume writing. In 2023, Jaide became a PCC Marker Assessor through the International Coaching Federation. JAIDE also completed a Social Media Marketing certification at Cornell University in November 2022 and became a Global DISC Accredited Partner through ICQ Global in September 2022. In July 2022, they achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, in April 2022, Jaide became a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) through the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches. Earlier in 2022, they obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation and completed a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at Rutgers Division of Continuing Studies in January. In September 2021, they received the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. In August 2021, Jaide completed a Foundations in Coaching program at New York University. Moreover, they became a member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches in 2021.
