Lisha Davidovits, PCC, CPCC, CPQC

Lisha Davidovits, PCC, CPCC, CPQC has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. In 1999, they started their career as a Marketing Associate at PrimoAngeli:Fitch, where they created sales proposals for clients and helped develop business strategies. From 2004 to 2008, Lisha worked as a Performance Consultant and Trainer at Dale Carnegie Training - Corporate Solutions, where they designed professional development strategies and generated significant revenue by building relationships with clients. Lisha then joined Shopping.com, an eBay company, in 2008 as a Key Account Manager, managing and building relationships with merchants and agencies. At Rocket Fuel Inc., they worked as an Account Manager and Marketing Contractor from 2009 to 2012, collaborating with account managers and executives, creating case studies, and preparing campaign reports. In 2020, Lisha became a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. Lisha then worked as a Coach at Modern Health, a mental health care platform, and as a Coach at Blossom.team, a professional growth platform. Currently, they serve as an Executive Coach at Arootah, empowering leaders to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. In 2018, they also started their own business, Coach Lisha, providing success coaching for high-achieving millennials.

Lisha Davidovits, PCC, CPCC, CPQC, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in two fields from the University of California, Davis. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued Psychology with a focus on Organizational Studies, as well as Rhetoric and Communication. Lisha's education background also includes several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) certification from Positive Intelligence, Inc. In August 2019, they acquired the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. Lisha's most recent certification, the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation, was obtained in April 2022 from the International Coach Federation. Additionally, Lisha is a Dale Carnegie Trainer and Coach, having completed training at the Dale Carnegie Training of San Francisco.
