Rich Bello

Rich Bello has over 30 years of work experience. From 1988 to 1991 they were a Senior Manager Financial Services at Ernst & Young. From 1991 to 1994 they were the Director of Finance and Performance at Tiger Management. In 1994 they moved to Morgan Stanley as the Director of Finance. From 1995 to 2017 they were the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Ridge Capital. In 2017 they founded Arootah and currently serves as the Founder and CEO, Business Consultant, Speaker, and Executive Coach.

Rich Bello obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School. In 2017, they obtained a Life Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. Rich is also a Certified Public Accountant through New York State.
