Cheri Baxter

Cheri Baxter is an experienced Contracts Administrator currently working with Arora Engineers at the Raleigh-Durham Airport, focusing on the implementation of a large-scale Capital Improvement Program. Previously, Baxter served as the Manager of Project Controls for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, overseeing engineering and construction at both Orlando International and Executive Airports. Additional roles include Project Accounting/Administration at Devon Construction Services, Assistant Project Manager at Sobieski & Radius Management, and Construction Coordinator at TD, among others. Baxter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Valencia College.
