Bidisha Das

Bidisha Das has a diverse work experience in the hotel industry, starting in 2002 as a Food And Beverage Assistant at Amarvilas, Agra. Bidisha then worked as a Food And Beverage Supervisor at Itc Hotel Grand Maratha Sheraton before joining Hilton in 2006, where they served as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager and later became a Housekeeping Supervisor/Duty Manager. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Arvato Bertelsmann. Bidisha then transitioned to budget cleaning services in 2016 as an Operations Manager before working as a Deputy Head Housekeeper at Crown Plaza Marlow. Bidisha subsequently held the position of Head Housekeeper at TAPLOW HOUSE HOTEL and Senior Housekeeper at Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. Currently, they are employed at Arora Hotels, first as an Assistant Head Housekeeper and now as the Head Housekeeper.

Bidisha Das attended Julien Day School where they obtained their ICSC degree in the year 1996. Following this, they enrolled in St John Diocessan Higher Secondary School, completing their higher secondary education in 1998. Lastly, they pursued a BA in Hospitality Management at the Institute of Advanced Management from 1999 to 2002.
