Robert Crowe

Robert Crowe is a co-founder of a stealth-mode startup working at the intersection of community, commerce, and technology. They are a member of the board of directors at Arosa, a premier provider of integrated care management and caregiving services, and a founder of Initio Advisory Group, which provides investments and advisory support. They were the founder and CEO of Matchwell (2017-2025) and later served as Executive Vice President - Per Diem & Local Workforce Strategies at Medical Solutions (2022-2025). They served on the Roobrik advisory board from 2015 to 2025 prior to its acquisition. They are pursuing education at The University of Georgia and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Berry College.
