Alexander Schoeneich

Alexander Schoeneich has several years of work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Alexander began their career as an Associate at Aareal Bank AG in 2002, where they worked until 2006. Alexander then joined Deutsche Bank AG as an Associate from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they became a Vice President at KfW, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Event Holding. In 2017, they joined Art-Invest Real Estate Management GmbH & Co. KG as a Senior Investment Manager Hotels, and later became the Head of Hotel Asset Management in 2018. Since 2019, they have been working as the Head of Hotel Acquisition and Sales at Aroundtown SA.

Alexander Schoeneich attended Cornell University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration.
