Andrea Wilke

Andrea Wilke is a seasoned professional in project management and real estate development, currently serving as Senior Manager Projects in the Hotel Division at Aroundtown since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Head of Real Estate & Development at POHA House, focusing on sustainable living spaces from June 2024 to April 2025. From January 2021 to November 2023, Andrea held the position of Director Projects at Deutsche Hospitality, overseeing compliance, technical leadership, and complex project management in new hotel constructions and renovations. Andrea's extensive experience also includes roles at Leonardo Hotels as Project Manager, Hôtel B&B as Renovation Manager, and McDonald's Deutschland as Construction Consultant, accumulating a robust background in architectural management and development across various sectors.
