Juby Joseph is an experienced professional in hyperscale data center design and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Hyperscale Data Center Design & Engineering at Aroundtown since May 2025. Previously, Juby held the position of DCEO Cluster Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2021 to April 2025, overseeing multiple hyperscale data center operations in Berlin, Germany. Prior experience includes serving as Division Manager for Mideast Data Systems in Dubai from May 2006 to April 2021, leading the data center division, and as Regional Manager for Data Center Power & Cooling Solutions at Vertiv in India from August 2002 to May 2006. Juby holds a Master’s degree in Data Centre Leadership & Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a degree from KVG Polytechnic.
