Marije Bekker

Marije Bekker has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Marije most recently worked at Aroundtown SA as the VP Hotel Commerce & Development, where they focused on asset management, property improvement plans, and hotel development projects. Prior to that, Marije worked at Hilton Worldwide as the Cluster Commercial Director in the Netherlands and the Cluster Director of Business Development in Amsterdam/Schiphol. Marije also has previous experience at a.s.r. as a Programma Manager and Lean Programma Manager, and at Hilton in various roles including Director of Business Development and Director of Operations. Marije started their career at Hilton as a Management Trainee.

Marije Bekker completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Hotelschool The Hague, studying from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Wolfert Lyceum from 1992 to 1994, where they completed their International Baccalaureaat.
