Mitesh Kotak

Mitesh Kotak is a Senior Software Engineer and AI/ML Engineer at Aroundtown since October 2025, while also serving as a Faculty and AI Engineering Mentor at Masterschool. Previously, Mitesh held senior roles at clare&me as a Senior Software Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs, and at Fuenfwerken Design AG as a Project Lead and Lead Software Engineer. Mitesh has gained experience as CTO at Riolocal, Head of Technical Services at Future Fuel Ventures, and Interim Technology Officer at Era Zero Waste. Additionally, Mitesh worked as an Independent Entrepreneur at GIZ and was a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First. Mitesh's educational background includes advanced studies in Embedded Systems and Research Fellowships at the University of Sydney and the Australian Center for Field Robotics, along with Lean Startup methodologies from the University of Potsdam. Mitesh holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Technische Universität Chemnitz and the University of Mumbai, respectively.
