Ran Laufer

Ran Laufer is currently the Director at Aroundtown. Before that, they were the CEO at ADO Properties from June 2019 to December 2019. Prior to ADO Properties, they were with TLG IMMOBILIEN AG.

From August 2014 to August 2018, Ran Laufer was the Chief Marketing and Sales officer Airport City LTD. During their time there, they successfully conducted and oversaw complex dynamic negotiations with top tenants which in 18 months resulted with the company’s NOI increase of 2.5 mil € yearly. Additionally, they created and executed a detailed strategy for 3 vacant office buildings that reduced the total vacancy of 25,000 sqm. Ran was skilled in identifying new business opportunities and reviewing and assessing potential commercial tenants advantageous for vacant properties.

From April 2010 to April 2014, Ran Laufer was the Deputy CEO at Grand City Property. Ran developed a thorough structure and process that allowed the organization to significantly increase its ability to manage distressed properties. Ran also organized and controlled all operation aspects of the different departments (marketing, collection, finance, operation and other specialized ones). Ran promoted the development of software's and IT management tools that allowed unique control remotely on all needed data of the properties. Lastly, they coordinated of all development stages of the properties from the Due diligence through take over, vacancy reduction, improving collection, Capex and maintenance and sometimes the sale of the property after completion of the turnaround.

Ran Laufer has earned an MBA in marketing from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, as well as a degree from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
