Joyce van Ham is an experienced operations manager and project manager, currently serving at Arovo International since October 2019. Previously, Joyce held roles as a recruitment consultant and interim professional at DPA Professionals, fulfilling interim supply chain positions in FMCG and retail sectors. Additional significant positions include senior supply chain specialist at Blokker and senior stock manager for Hudson's Bay Nederland. Joyce has also taken on various interim roles across multiple companies, including Merison, Ziggo, and Prénatal Moeder en Kind B.V. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Retail Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has further specialized training in spacemanagement from AC Nielsen.
