Scot Fjeldsted has over 25 years of work experience in various engineering and manufacturing roles. Scot started their career at Precise Technologies as a Machinist and pattern maker from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, Fjeldsted joined MacDon Industries as a Design Engineer for a year. Later, they worked at AROW Global Corp. as the VP of Product Engineering from 1997 to present. Additionally, Fjeldsted was also a Design Engineer at Storm-Tite (AROW Global) from 1997 to 2002. Most recently, they served as the Engineering Manager at AROW Global from 2003 to 2012.
Scot Fjeldsted obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Red River College Polytechnic, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
