Caleb Harris

Caleb Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Arpeoh since July 2021, Caleb previously held the position of Director of Operations at Bayard Advertising from September 2018 to July 2021. Prior to that, Caleb worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant III, Officer at Fifth Third Bank for over six years, and as Manager of Systems and Training at PeopleScout from May 2007 to January 2012. At PeopleScout, the world's largest provider of recruitment process outsourcing, Caleb contributed to the development of proprietary software and streamlined processes for candidate sourcing, selection, hiring, and retention.
