Amit Bassi

Amit Bassi is the managing partner for AU & NZ at BLAZECLAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Prior to this, they served as vice president and head of managed services business for Capgemini from May 2009 to July 2017. In this role, Amit was responsible for three services lines: application management, cloud infrastructure services, and business services. Amit successfully managed a large leadership team and delivered continuous innovation to customers through automation, process optimization, DevOps, and business focus. In 2016, Amit successfully delivered a 30% YoY growth within the portfolio.

Under Amit's leadership, the managed services business has seen significant growth by consolidating offerings and providing new business and commercial models to customers. The application management services portfolio comprises of application stacks across major products including SAP, Oracle, Temenos, SFDC, Seibel and Guidewire, among others. The cloud infrastructure services portfolio comprises of traditional compute, storage, security, network, EUC and infra app services. The Business Services portfolio comprises of strong focussed BPO services for Finance & Accounting and procurement along with niche industry services for meter data management, claims, mortgages, etc.

Amit Bassi has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Computer Science from North Maharashtra University and HSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
