Alessandro Labellarte

In Arpinge since 2017 as Project Manager and Parking & Mobility Investee CEO, he has gained financial expertise and extensive experience in the operational management of parking facilities. Furthermore, he has more than 20 years of experience in concessions and in the assessment of infrastructure investments, mainly highways, car parks and public transport, both in Italy and abroad. Within the Saba Group, Europe’s leading park operator, he has held various positions in subsidiaries and associate companies. He has written several articles and papers on Public-Private Partnership. Since October 2022, he has been the President of Aipark (Italian Association of Parking and Mobility Operators).
