Antonio Conforti

He has worked in Arpinge since January 2018, where he has held the position of Head of the Legal Department and Oversight Body of several Group companies. Previously, he was responsible for the Legal Department of Biomasse Italia S.p.A., a leading company in the renewable energy sector, at the time controlled by the API Group, the Equinox Fund and TUO Group. Before that, he worked for the international law firm Allen&Overy, magic circle UK, in the department of “Corporate & M&A”. He has gained extensive experience in corporate governance, M&A operations and commercial contracts. He has managed the corporate secretariat of several companies operating in various industries, as well as financing and refinancing transactions. Moreover, he has developed a specific focus on ethics and compliance issues and publishes as a company law expert for several specialized journals.
