Khelif Safia

Khelif Safia has extensive experience in administration, human resources, and legal coordination, currently serving as Administration-HR & Legal Supervisor at Arpu Plus, an Orascom Telecom company, since April 2013. Prior to this role, Khelif held various positions at ARPU Telecommunication Services (ARPU+) since May 2009, including Senior Administration Specialist and ADMIN & LEGAL RESPONSIBLE. Responsibilities included managing legal affairs, reporting to the parent company on legal matters, assisting HR with employee-related tasks, and overseeing payroll processes. Khelif holds a Certificat d'aptitude professionnel d'avocat and a LICENCE SCIENCE JURIDIQUE ET ADMINISTRATIVE from the Faculté de Droit Ben Aknoun in Algeria, along with a DES in Management from the same institution.
