The ARQ partnership is AmcoGiffen, Rail Electrification Ltd (REL) and QTS. It's been formed to provide a truly integrated self-delivery model for the UK rail network as it moves closer to achieving electrification and decarbonisation targets.

Collectively, each of our businesses has been providing expert services in their respective trade to enable electrification programmes throughout control periods 5 and 6.

ARQ's significant differentiator is that it works in partnership as a unified family of companies, each bringing their unique skills and self-delivering the broad scope of what makes up any rail system. We offer the complete delivery model with flat structure and reporting lines, eliminating complex contracting and removing unnecessary layers of cost and risk.

In addition we've already applied Project SPEED to schemes in development and our direct delivery model has been positively received.

The three companies are all subsidiaries of Renew Holdings.
