Martin Healiss

Martin Healiss has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role as Chief People Officer at Arqit since November 2022. Previously, they served as Vice President and Co-Head of Human Resources at Likewize from January 2018 to October 2022, where they led a global re-branding and defined the company's culture change and transformation. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at DXC Technology from September 2013 to June 2017. Martin also held leadership positions at Ricoh Business Solutions, 2e2, and NCR, where they served as Global Human Resources Director, EMEA HR Director, and EMEA Staffing Director. Martin began their career as a Search Consultant at Hanover Matrix.

From 1987 to 1988, Martin Healiss attended Britannia Royal Naval College where they pursued Naval Studies.
