Nick Elliott - Assocrics

Nick Elliott - AssocRICS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nick started their career in 2007 as a Facilities Assistant at Optimity and then moved on to become a Facilities Manager at the University College London - Bartlett School of Architecture. In 2011, Nick joined Porter Novelli as a Facilities Manager before transitioning to the role of Building Manager at Terrence Higgins Trust in 2013. Nick was later promoted to the position of Head of Property at Terrence Higgins Trust in 2014. In 2017, Nick joined Alzheimer's Society as the Head of Property & Facilities, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of a 5-year Property Strategy. Nick also managed all lease events, oversaw site selection and fit out for new premises, and led a change program to rationalize the property footprint. Most recently, in 2022, Nick joined Arqiva as the Head of Estates & Facilities.

Nick Elliott - AssocRICS attended the University of the West of England from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Studies. Prior to that, they studied Business, Art, and Sports Science at Peter Symonds College from 2000 to 2002. Nick'searlier education history at Westgate School is not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Nick has obtained a certification in Environmental Systems Management from IEMA in 2015 and NEBOSH certification in 2014.
