Tom Decker

Tom Decker is the VP, Director of Business Development and Communications at Arquitectonica. Tom has over 20 years of experience in marketing and merchandising. Tom has a proven track record of success in managing P&Ls, brands, and product portfolios. Tom has a passion for building relationships and developing strategies that drive growth.

Tom Decker began their collegiate career with a full athletic scholarship to play football at Duke University. While at Duke, Decker also played baseball and earned 1st Team All-ACC honors. Tom was then drafted by the Cleveland Indians and played two years of professional baseball in the minor leagues. After their professional baseball career, Decker returned to school to earn their Masters in Sports Management from The Ohio State University. Tom then went on to earn their MBA with a focus in marketing from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
