Philippe Dagail

Philippe DAGAIL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defense sector, currently serving as Directeur commercial France et innovation at Arquus since May 2020. Prior to this role, Philippe worked at the DGA - Direction générale de l'armement for three decades, where responsibilities included overseeing financial surveillance of defense companies, leading tactical mobility initiatives, and managing contract negotiations for various defense systems. Philippe's expertise encompasses public procurement, systems integration, and project management across diverse domains, including aerospace and ground forces. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Computer Science from ISAE-SUPAERO and a DESS CAAE from IAE Toulouse, along with an engineering degree in aerospace from ISAE-SUPAERO and advanced studies in defense economics from IHEDN.
