Gary Vogel

Gary Vogel has a diverse work experience. Gary started their career in 2002 as a Front of House Operations Manager at Collins College. In 2008, they moved to Arizona State University as a Research Assistant. In 2010, they began working as an ESOL Tutor and Mentor for Private Tutoring. In 2012, they joined Northeastern University as an Associate Director - International Operations for N.U.in. In 2016, they began working for LabCentral as a Sr. Manager of HR, where they were the first dedicated HR team member and built out the HR department to support 50 employees across 3 locations. In the same year, they also worked as a Growth Hacker for Parachute Teachers. In 2020, they joined Arrakis Therapeutics as an Associate Director of HR and Sr. Manager of HR, where they were the first dedicated HR hire. Gary'sfocus areas included HR operations, benefits, employee experience, system implementation, leadership and employee development, learning management, performance management, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Gary Vogel has a diverse educational background. Gary earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2020, a Master's of Education and Leadership Certificate from Northeastern University in 2015, a Master of Arts in History and Cultural Geography from the University of Canterbury in 2012, a Bachelor of Arts in History and German from Arizona State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Music Recording Technology from Finger Lakes Community College.
