Teresa Neal, Ph.D., MBA has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Teresa currently serves as the Head of Global Biologics Procurement at Recipharm since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as the Global Director of Procurement for Softgel and Oral/Specialty Delivery from June 2020 to April 2022.

From November 2018 to June 2020, Teresa held the position of Senior Director of Sourcing and Procurement at Domtar. In this role, they led the procurement department, overseeing both direct and indirect procurement and collaborating with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. Teresa'sresponsibilities included identifying procurement opportunities for cost improvement and managing key categories like energy, machine clothing, MRO, packaging, chemicals, and capital.

Before their time at Domtar, Teresa held the role of Executive Director of Procurement & Strategic Programs at Diversey, a Bain Capital company. Teresa developed and implemented an agile, market-focused inflation model for AOP planning and identified savings projects resulting in a $4M savings in 2018.

Teresa also worked at W.R. Grace as the Director of Sourcing and Procurement, leading a team responsible for sourcing and procuring direct and indirect goods and services in North America. Prior to W.R. Grace, they held positions at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. as a Senior Manager of Sourcing and Procurement, and at SciQuest as the Director of Product Marketing and Supplier Diversity.

Teresa's career began at Novozymes, a European-based biotechnology company, where they served as a Senior Marketing Manager for 'The Americas' region. During their time there, they successfully grew the detergent enzyme market from $37M to $100M through strategic market planning, product launches, and customer interface.
