Kamal Guessous

Kamal Guessous has extensive experience in project management and training, currently serving as Responsable de projet formation at Fondation Arrawaj de la finance inclusive since March 2023. As Directeur des opérations at XPERCIA since March 2022, Kamal oversees subcontracting operations. Previously, Kamal held several roles, including Responsable de formation at ARMA ENVIRONNEMENT and Chef de projet formation at AXA Services Maroc, where responsibilities included comprehensive training management and cross-functional project oversight. Additionally, Kamal worked as a consultant specializing in client relations at AXA Services Maroc and held various training and coaching positions at Webhelp Enterprise, focusing on HR training, e-learning development, and performance evaluation. Kamal's educational background includes a DTH in Communication from the Institut de Technologie Hôtelière et Touristique de Fès and training in Windows environment and data entry from Pigier Rabat.
