Hope Weatherford

Hope Weatherford is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership development, currently serving as Vice President of People and Global Head of Talent Attraction at Fountain since August 2022. Weatherford contributes to various organizations, including Safe Space as a Founding Member, Myriad as an Executive Advisor, and Execore as a Member. Previously, Weatherford held pivotal roles at BrightHire and Chief, enhancing leadership opportunities for women executives. Experience includes significant leadership positions at InVision, ResultsCX, and Cisco, where Weatherford led global talent acquisition strategies and managed large teams to drive recruitment success. Hope holds a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, along with certification as a John Maxwell Coach.
