Kylie Wells

Kylie Wells is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in total rewards and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Array Behavioral Care since January 2022, Kylie has also held significant HR roles at Burns Dentistry as Human Resources Director and at Treatment Assessment Screening Center, Inc. (TASC) as Human Resources Manager prior to its permanent closure. Additional experience includes HR positions at First Direct Financial, progressing from Human Resources Representative to Human Resources Business Partner. Kylie holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
