Josephine Marrero

Josephine Marrero has over a decade of experience in HRIS roles. Josephine started as a Sr. Global HRIS Analyst at Coty in 2010, then moved on to Fast Retailing as an HRIS Manager in 2014. Next, they served as Sr. People Operations Manager at Oscar Health from 2017 to 2022. Following that, they joined AppFolio, Inc. as a Sr. HRIS Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, HRIS at Array Technologies, starting in 2023.

Josephine Marrero completed an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) from Baruch College in the field of Human Resources from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they attended Caldwell University, but details regarding the degree and field of study are unknown.
