Vlad Kalika is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in vehicle electrification and powertrain technologies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Array Technologies, Vlad has held prominent leadership roles at various companies, including Founder and CEO of Proof Energy, where significant advancements in SOFC fuel cell technology were achieved. Earlier positions included Vice President roles at Karma Automotive, overseeing both commercial vehicle electrification and global powertrain strategies, as well as impactful engineering leadership at Cummins Inc., Wrightspeed Inc., and Bloom Energy. Vlad’s background in engineering encompasses product development and integration, specializing in electric vehicle systems and innovative clean energy solutions, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Ohio University.
