Arati Iyer has worked in a variety of roles in the design industry since 2003. Arati began their career as a Co-founder and Partner at 100 Watts Design Studio in 2003. Arati then moved to MTV India | Viacom18 Media Pvt Ltd as an Art Director in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Idiom Design and Consulting. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Brand Union | Ray+Keshavan as a Design Director and Senior Designer. Arati then moved to Yale University as a Graphic Design Specialist, Organizational Change Management, Yale ITS in 2015. In 2017, they began working at Blackbaud as a Senior Principal Brand Designer and Principal Brand Communications Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Lead Brand Designer at Array since 2022.
Arati Iyer attended the National Institute of Design from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design.
